Girls Learning About Manufacturing

For the past few years, MBUSI’s Women Business Resource Group—Pink Boots—has partnered with Manufacture Alabama and G.L.A.M. (Girls Learning About Manufacturing) to invite young women from local schools to learn more about manufacturing careers. During the event, typically held on or around National Manufacturing Day, students have toured the plant, heard from MBUSI leaders, and learned more about our operations and career opportunities. We are proud of the work our Team Members have done to help grow the number of women that pursue careers in manufacturing.
