Welcome back, Team MBUSI. I hope you had a chance to recharge during the shutdown and want to give a special thank you to those of you who were here, keeping things running smoothly.
As we begin the last half of 2025, we have a lot to look forward to. We’ve focused on our values of Safety, Quality, and Integrity, and made incredible strides, and now it’s time to take things even further.
On July 9, we’ll come together for the All Team Meetings to celebrate and reflect on the remarkable progress we’ve made this year and share important updates about our 4C’s: Compensation, Competence, Commitment, and Culture.
The momentum we’ve built in the first half of the year is just the beginning. We will keep moving forward, building on what’s working, and making 2025 our best year yet.
