Last week’s Transformation Conference brought together leaders from across MBUSI for meaningful conversations about where we are, where we’re headed, and how we’ll get there together. It was a time to connect, collaborate, and align on the actions that will keep our momentum strong for the rest of the year, and ensure that we can continue to support our Team Members.
I am proud of the dedication and teamwork I see every day, and I know that by staying true to our values of Safety, Quality, and Integrity, we’ll continue to deliver our very best. These values are more than words. They guide how we work and support one another, and how we create the exceptional vehicles our customers expect.
