Culture doesn’t come from one person. It’s built by all of us at MBUSI, in the way we work, listen, and treat one another every day. It’s what turns a group of people into a team and gives purpose to the work we do.
A strong culture grows when we can speak honestly, share ideas, and listen to one another. I believe in having an open-door policy, so I can hear where we are succeeding and where we have opportunity. It’s also important for you to have other avenues to share – whether it’s through the round tables, a conversation with your Group Leader, by speaking to a Team Member Advocate, or submitting a question through this website. Taking the time to meaningfully share your feedback helps us stay connected and committed to each other.
As our industry faces headwinds, it’s more important than ever that we stay committed to each other, listen, and continue to build on the strong culture we have today. Thank you for sharing your ideas and feedback so we can keep moving forward—together.
