How We’re Enhancing Our Compensation and Benefits
We are almost halfway through the calendar year, so I’d like to take a moment and reflect on the progress we’ve made, specifically with our compensation and benefits.
Your hard work and dedication to building our vehicles – and upholding our values of Safety, Quality, and Integrity – is noticed and appreciated. We are listening to you and want to make sure you have pay and benefits to best support you. That’s why we increased our pay rates, keeping us competitive not only in the industry but also across the country. Additionally, we improved our healthcare benefits and increased our attendance bonus. I’m also happy to share that we will be paying the summer bonus this year too.

Last week’s Transformation Conference brought together leaders from across MBUSI for meaningful conversations about where we are, where we’re headed, and how we’ll get there together. It was a time to connect, collaborate, and align on the actions that will keep our momentum strong for the rest of the year, and ensure that we can continue to support our Team Members.
