Focus on Quality in Overdrive
We are midway through the year, and I am proud of the ongoing focus we all have on our values of Safety, Quality and Integrity. These values are our guiding principles and this week I want to focus on Quality, which is at the core of everything we do.
As I think about Quality, I am proud of the strong start we had to the year. As we look ahead, I know we can keep this momentum going. If we all view ourselves as the “Final Quality Gate” and continue to have pride in our work and stay focused on Quality, we will be unstoppable.
Thank you for your efforts and dedication. Whether it’s improving a process, catching an issue early, or offering a better way of doing something – your willingness to take action matters and make us great at what we do.
I’m excited to keep building on what we’ve achieved so far this year. Together, we can turn a strong start into an even stronger finish.
