Each day, we accomplish great things here at MBUSI, and every Team Member has a role in our success. To celebrate each of you, I am excited to announce we are hosting Family Day in spring 2026. Family Day is our way of saying thank you, and of honoring you and your families by celebrating the people who make our success possible, both at work and at home.

Momentum in Motion
Last week’s Transformation Conference brought together leaders from across MBUSI for meaningful conversations about where we are, where we’re headed, and how we’ll get there together. It was a time to connect, collaborate, and align on the actions that will keep our momentum strong for the rest of the year, and ensure that we can continue to support our Team Members.

We are midway through the year, and I am proud of the ongoing focus we all have on our values of Safety, Quality and Integrity. These values are our guiding principles and this week I want to focus on Quality, which is at the core of everything we do.
