You will be assigned a specific polling/voting location according to your work location. Please click on your work location to see the designated voting locations and release times.
You may vote at any time the polls are open. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to vote, production line Team Members will also be released by National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) agents to vote in accordance with an approved release schedule that was agreed upon by MBUSI and the union.
Team Members are expected to vote at the polling location for their assigned work area. Team Members who vote at another polling location may do so subject to challenge. Your vote will still count, and it will still be safe and secret. This is simply part of the NLRB process to make sure everyone’s votes are only counted once.
There are no absentee or mail-in ballots. Eligible voters must cast their ballot in person during the specified election dates and times. Team Members who are on PTO or a leave of absence are encouraged to come in to cast their ballot.
ELIGIBLE VOTERS
The NLRB determines voter eligibility.
Those ELIGIBLE to vote include:

Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit who were employed during the payroll period ending April 14, 2024, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off.
Those who are NOT ELIGIBLE to vote are:
All employees employed by contractors or employee leasing companies and/or temporary agencies, student workers, professional employees, guards, managers and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
