If you are represented by a union, you will go to a “union steward” with concerns instead of your Group Lead.
The union steward is a fellow Team Member who:
May have access to your files and records if related to handling grievances.
Could see details about your pay, PTO, 401(k) and medical records.
Is part of any workplace investigation and may know all details involved.
Are you comfortable with a union steward having access to your confidential information?
